Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

UAE visa approval is subject to immigration authorities.

Flight timings, hotels and sightseeing schedules are subject to availability and operational changes.

The itinerary may be modified due to weather, traffic, local regulations or unforeseen circumstances.

Unused services are non-refundable.

Personal expenses, tips and services not mentioned in the inclusions are excluded.

Any additional charges due to circumstances beyond our control will be payable by the traveller.

Booking & Confirmation

1. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and confirmation from Abhisha Luxe Travels.

2. Availability of flights, hotels, sightseeing and other services is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

Payment

1. The applicable payment schedule must be followed as communicated at the time of booking.

2. Failure to make payments within the agreed timeline may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable charges.

Flights

1. Flight schedules, timings, baggage allowance and airline regulations are subject to the airline's policies.

2. Any changes, cancellations or delays by the airline are subject to the airline's terms and conditions.

Visa

1. UAE visa approval is solely subject to the relevant immigration authorities.

2. Visa processing does not guarantee visa approval.

3. Visa-related charges are subject to the applicable visa rules and booking terms.

Hotels

1. Room allocation is subject to the hotel's policy and booking category.

2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation & Refunds

1. Cancellation charges will apply according to the supplier, airline, hotel, visa and service-provider policies

2. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after receiving the refund from the respective service provider.

3. Certain bookings may be completely non-refundable.

Force Majeure

Traveller Responsibility

1. Travellers are responsible for following the laws, regulations and instructions of the destination country, airlines, hotels and service providers.

Acceptance

1. Payment of the booking amount confirms that the traveller has read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions

Abhisha Luxe Travels reserves the right to update these terms when required. Specific booking conditions communicated at the time of confirmation will also apply.
