2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email containing booking details. A reservation is only confirmed after full or required deposit payment (as specified for the particular package).
3. Prices & Payment
Prices shown are in the currency specified on the package and may change until booking is confirmed. We accept payments as described on the booking page. You are responsible for paying any bank charges or international transaction fees.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Different packages may have different cancellation policies — please refer to the package terms on the booking page. Refunds (if any) will be processed after deduction of applicable fees. Processing time may vary depending on your payment method.
5. Changes by You
If you request changes to your booking (dates, names, or other services), we will do our best to accommodate them but cannot guarantee availability. Additional charges may apply.
6. Changes by Us
We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries and suppliers where necessary. In the unlikely event of a major change or cancellation by us, we will offer alternatives, credit, or a refund as appropriate.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, terrorism, war, government regulations, and severe weather.
8. Travel Documents & Visas
It is your responsibility to carry a valid passport, visa, and any required travel documents. We may provide visa assistance services where offered, but you remain responsible for obtaining all necessary documentation in time for travel.
9. Health & Insurance
You must ensure you are medically fit to travel. Travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident and baggage is strongly recommended and may be required for certain packages.
10. Third-party Suppliers
Many parts of your travel arrangements are provided by independent third-party suppliers. We act as an agent for these suppliers and are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or defaults. Their own terms and conditions may apply.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss, damage or claim arising from the services we provide is limited. We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses. Liability limits may vary depending on local laws and the supplier’s terms.
