Package Inclusions & Exclusions

• Inclusions are strictly as mentioned in the itinerary.
• Any services not specified will be charged extra.

Booking & Payment Policy

• Full payment of flight booking required.
• Minimum 50% advance payment required at the time of booking.
• Balance payment to be made at least 15 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days before departure: 20% of package cost.
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% of package cost.
• Less than 15 days before departure / No Show: 100% of package cost.
• Flight and ferry tickets are non-refundable once issued.

Travel Documents & Visa

• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from date of return.
• Thailand Visa (Visa on Arrival or E-Visa) is the traveler’s responsibility.
• The company is not liable for visa rejection or delays.

Transportation & Tours

• Transfers and tours operate as per itinerary (SIC/PVT basis as mentioned).
• Changes in pick-up/drop timings due to weather or traffic are possible.
• National Park fees, if mentioned, are included; others to be paid directly.

Hotel Policy

• Standard check-in: 14:00 hrs | Check-out: 12:00 hrs.
• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and extra charge.
• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.

Liability, Health & Safety

• The company is not responsible for delays or changes due to weather, strikes, or force majeure.
• Travelers are responsible for their own belongings.
• Please inform us of any medical conditions before travel.
• Adventure activities (snorkeling, water sports, etc.) are at the traveler’s own risk.

Important Notes

1. Travel Documents: Carry a valid passport (6 months validity) and printed copies of all vouchers/tickets.
2. Visa Information: Thailand offers Visa on Arrival (VOA) and E-Visa for Indian citizens. Carry passport-size photographs.
3. Currency: Official currency is Thai Baht (THB). Exchange is available at airports and banks.
4. Weather & Clothing: Pack light cottons and swimwear. Modest dress (covered shoulders/knees) is mandatory for temples.
5. Local Transportation: Negotiate fares for Tuk-tuks/taxis. Always wear helmets on scooters.
6. Tours & Activities: Water sports are weather-dependent. Park fees only included if stated in itinerary.
7. Time Zone: Thailand is 1 hour 30 minutes ahead of IST.
8. Communication: Local SIMs available at airports and 7-Eleven. Free Wi-Fi common in hotels.
9. Food & Water: Drink only bottled water. Indian restaurants are available in major areas.
